Our engagements
Three services. Each one built for a specific kind of challenge.
We don't offer a broad catalogue. Our engagements cover the situations we know how to handle well.
Back to HomeOur methodology
How we approach each engagement.
Every Klairo engagement follows a structured process that begins with listening and ends with clearly prioritised, actionable output. We don't arrive with a predetermined shape for the work; the scope emerges from what you're actually facing.
Our process involves primary research — interviews, documentation review, and direct observation where relevant — supported by desk research into external factors. This combination means our analysis reflects both internal realities and external conditions.
Quality assurance runs throughout the engagement. Interim findings are shared midway so you can direct the work before the final delivery. The final report is presented live, not just distributed, and a follow-up window is included to address questions as they arise.
Listen first
Every engagement begins with structured discovery — your situation informs the scope, not the reverse.
Research carefully
Primary interviews and desk research, combined to produce a grounded picture of the situation.
Check in midway
Interim findings let you adjust direction before the work is finalised.
Deliver clearly
Final output presented in a facilitated session with time for discussion and follow-up.
Service 01
Market Entry Analysis
A focused engagement for organisations considering expansion into new segments or geographic areas. The consulting process involves competitor landscape mapping, regulatory environment review, and customer persona development specific to the target market. The team conducts desk research supplemented by stakeholder consultations, producing a concise report with scenario analyses and recommended entry approaches.
Suited for leadership teams who prefer to make decisions grounded in considered research rather than assumption. Typically completed within three to four weeks.
Discovery & scoping
Initial conversation to define target market and key research questions
Research phase
Competitor mapping, regulatory review, persona research — desk and primary
Scenario development
Entry path scenarios with conditions, risks, and resource implications
Report & presentation
Concise, decision-ready report delivered in a facilitated session
Service 02
Operations Efficiency Review
A methodical examination of internal processes aimed at identifying where time, resources, or effort may be better directed. The engagement spans six to eight weeks and covers workflow documentation, bottleneck analysis, and technology utilisation assessment.
Designed for organisations that sense room for improvement but want a clear, unbiased picture before making changes. Findings are presented in a practical report with prioritised recommendations, each accompanied by estimated timelines and resource implications.
Process mapping
Document current workflows across the relevant functions
Bottleneck analysis
Identify where delays, duplication, or resource strain occur
Technology assessment
Evaluate current tools against available alternatives for fit and utilisation
Recommendations report
Prioritised action list with estimated effort and impact for each item
Service 03
Leadership Alignment Workshop Series
A set of facilitated sessions — typically four to six over a two-month period — designed to help leadership teams develop shared understanding around vision, priorities, and communication norms. Each workshop is customised based on pre-session interviews with participants, ensuring relevance and focus.
Well-suited for leadership groups experiencing growth-related friction or preparing for a significant organisational transition. Between sessions, the facilitator provides written reflections and suggested exercises to consolidate learning.
Pre-session interviews
Individual conversations with each participant to surface concerns and context
Workshop series
4–6 facilitated sessions covering vision, priorities, communication, and decision-making
Between-session reflections
Written summaries and suggested exercises to deepen integration
Closing summary
A final document capturing agreed norms, frameworks, and forward commitments

Our standards
Consistent across every engagement.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Mutual NDA signed at the start of every project. Client information handled per Thailand PDPA requirements.
Scope Integrity
Scope is defined and agreed in writing before work begins. Changes are discussed openly and don't result in surprise additions to the fee.
Timeline Adherence
Delivery dates are commitments, not targets. If circumstances require adjustment, you're informed early with revised expectations.
Consultant Continuity
The consultant who scopes the project conducts it. No handoffs to junior staff after the initial meeting.
Client Feedback
Structured feedback requested at engagement close. Used to review and refine our process — not filed and forgotten.
No Commissions
We hold no referral or commission arrangements with vendors or platforms. Recommendations reflect our genuine assessment only.
